IMG_2346Baby yoga is a unique method of exercise that can be enjoyed by parent and baby together. Perfect for new mothers needing to know how to exercise with care.

Tuesday mornings 10-11.30 with a free cup of tea and cake and opportunity to socialise with other new mums

Class fees are £28 for 4 classes paid monthly in advance (concessions can be made for holidays or appointments at the time of payment each month)

Yoga is a safe fun and nurturing way to interact with your new baby, teaching you new ways to confidently handle, safely carry, soothe and relax your new born whilst providing her with a 3 dimensional feel for the world.
